Just ask! or are they programmed to only recognize this on the XB6 supplied router? Techs are not given any info as well. The TV box, not the remote, is Bluetooth compatible. I have 4 boxes on my own network plus personal devices (Bridged the Technicolor XB6, running my entire network off of a Nighthawk AX8).
