The first part of the trail we followed snowmobile tracks until we started the accent to the ridge where our snow shoes were really required and the trail was untraveled, the views are spectacular, overall a great hike.

Frank Slide is a place to hike at the site where Turtle Mountain collapsed and destroyed much of the Town of Frank. Clearly marked and wide enough for multiple people in most places. There is also an overlook/rest bench at the end where you can see over the water, but there are a lot of trees in the way, so not the greatest view. There are a few areas that will be muddy after recent rain.
